Rapid Response Team has 150 trucks and 11 Emergency Response Centers. Each center is fully-stocked with generators, pumps, plywood, tarps, building materials and craftsmen on the ready.
MEET THE TEAM
Tim Kish- Branch Manager
Tim has been with RRT for nearly 5 years. Recently promoted to Branch Manager, his responsibilities include the supervision and management of every aspect of the product and services we provide our clients. Tim’s over 14 years of management experience in the field gives him the ability to manage both time and resources are a big asset to his team in Tampa. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Tim loves to spend time with his wife and 3 daughters. This includes coaching their sports teams, camping, hiking and any general “fun in the sun” activity to relax during his off time.
Patrick Meaker - Project Manager
Patrick has been with RRT for almost 3 years. He handles his client projects from start to finish. Matching the correct contractors to the clients needs and ensuring that paperwork and permitting is handled correctly is a big part of his skill set. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, this proud Buckeye spends his off time traveling both here and abroad. An avid outdoors-man, Patrick likes fishing, hiking and camping as well.
Julia Shear - Sales & Marketing Manager
The newest member of the Tampa Bay Branch of RRT, Julia brings over 10 years of restoration experience to the team. Working in the retail part of RRT’s portfolio, Julia is responsible for both selling and marketing the many products/services of RRT. Julia spends her free time with family, often at the beach which is her happy place!
Melissa Delgado - Office Coordinator
Melissa has been with RRT for over 4 years. She oversees all aspects of the daily work flow. From answering calls to scheduling staff for projects all things project related normally pass thru her office. Melissa handles accounts payables and receivables as well. Aa a part of her job duties, Melissa is a licensed Notary of the Public (Commission number GG149648) which enables her to assist clients and staff with paperwork which requires this. Originally from the Bronx, New York, Melissa is a published author, who spends her free time writing both books and films. An avid gamer, she uses video games to relax after a hard days work.
Brandon Bannister - Assistant Project Manager
Brandon began over 4 years ago as a warehouse manager for RRT. Currently as the Assistant Project Manager, Brandon supervises jobs from start to finish. With his people skills, Brandon is able to match contractors to client projects and handle any questions, comments or concerns. Brandon’s business and construction management background makes him a vital part of our team. Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, Brandon loves the outdoors and spends many hours with his family fishing. Family is an important part of his life./p>
John “Chip” Pringle - Emergency Services Technician
Chip has been a part of the RRT team for 2 years. As a certified WRT (license #63606279) Chip is normally on of the first faces a client sees when they experience an emergency water loss. A skilled carpenter and tradesman, his experience and talents are an important part of what makes us successful. But also what we would expect from this Marine Veteran from Wyoming County New York. His hobbies outside of work include Automotive restorations and Furniture building.
Marc Money - Commercial Estimator
Marc is our Xactimate/Estimate guru that writes the majority of estimates for not just the Tampa Bay Branch but also all of the West Central Coast Branches. He has been with RRT for over 2 years. A 40 year veteran of the restoration industry, Marc actually started his career while still in High School. A native of central Indiana, Marc enjoys the beach, fishing, attending car races and parades with the Krewe of Agustina de Aragon.
