RRT Cutler Bay Branch Manager Ever

Ever Tejada – Branch Manager

Ever is an accomplished constructions professional with twenty plus years of experience in residential and industrial construction. He has been with RRT since 2013 and he currently the Branch Manager for the Cutler Bay Branch with a team of professionals such as Project Managers, Sales Manager, Emergency Service Manager, and an amazing team of Technicians and Office administrator. Ever Tejada holds several certifications in the water mitigation industry among them Water, Fire and Mold Restoration as well as Mold assessor. Ever’s passion for sports focus mainly in mountain and single track trails bicycling.
Ever Tejada is always available to serve the customer with professionalism.

Yanira Masas

Yanira Masas - Office Coordinator

Yanira joined RRT almost 4 years ago. Prior to working here, she held positions as Supervisor and Manager at Customer Service Facilities. With a degree in Business Administration & Technology, she uses her skills to keep this office going with all the workflow. Born and raised in Bronx, NY, Yanira decided to move to Florida almost 8 years ago to give her daughter and son a better lifestyle. Yanira has a passion for helping others and also has a passion for Baking and Creating. When not at work, you can catch Yanira spending time with her family or just relaxing at home watching Lifetime.
Wayne Brown

Wayne Brown - Project Manager

Wayne Brown originally started as a Field Risk Evaluator with PTIC and a year later was promoted to PM with RRT. Wayne is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects and can work in a wide range of fields. During his time at Rapid Response Team, he was able to get his certification in Xactimate Level 1 & 2 and also has been able to build a solid contractor base. In his spare time, he enjoys off-road mountain biking, flying his DJI Mavic 2( Drone), working out with his teenage son, and playing with his 2 young daughters.
Elio Cruz

Elio Cruz - Project Manager

Elio joined Rapid Response Team in 2014 with a strong background in the construction industry, started as a build back technician, and quickly moved to water and mold restoration. In 2017 when hurricane Irma, hit because of his hard work he was promoted to Project Supervisor and continued his way up; a couple of months later he was promoted to Project Manager. Elio is married and has three amazing young men. He spends his spare time with his sons, training them in boxing, BJJ, wrestling, and MMA. They also love boating, fishing, and going out to the beach.
Maurice Godwin

Maurice Godwin - Emergency Services Project Manager

Maurice is an industry veteran who brings a wealth of technical experience and industry-recognized certifications to his role.
Joined RRT in January 2021 as Emergency Services Project Manager for the Cutler Bay Branch. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all mitigation and remediation services for our branch. He leads a team of highly trained brand ambassadors who are technical subject matter mitigation and remediation experts. His team also provides our clients face-to-face customer service and onsite-field support. Outside of work, this father of five children enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Gabriela Becquer

Gabriela Becquer - Sales & Marketing Manager

Gabriela Becquer grew up in Honduras. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. With her strong sales, marketing background, and recognized achievements, Gabriela joined our team in 2020 as a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Miami branch. Proud Wife and Mom of an eighteen-year-old daughter and a seventeen-year-old son, she enjoys entertaining dinners and spending time with her family.
Christopher Deno

Christopher Deno - Project Manager

Christopher has over 10 years of experience in the emergency services profession including time working in environmental cleanup and groundsman for FPL. He also served 5 years in the Military as an Operations Specialist specializing in Top Secret messaging and communications for the United States Coast Guard. He was born and raised in Miami, FL. He grew up playing any sport he could play, including 5 sports in high school; Badminton, Water Polo, Golf, Football, and Soccer. He earned a Full Soccer scholarship for college and went on to captain the winning NCCSA Men’s Soccer Champions in 2006.
His family has 5 generations living in Virginia Gardens, FL where his family has served through city council, recreation department, and City Mayor. His family loves to help out and are active participants through all local community programs. Chris loves to compete in offshore fishing tournaments during the summer and is an avid golfer when time permits.
Alberto Santos

Alberto Santos - Project Manager

Albert has been with RRT for 5 years, where he currently manages mostly residential construction projects. He has a long background in Construction, Architecture and Engineering. He has spent the better part of the last 21 years working in turn-key construction projects, ranging from commercial, industrial, and residential work. He spends most of his spare time with his family and doing volunteer work.
Andrew Walsh

Andrew Walsh - Project Manager

Andrew is a Project Manager for Rapid Response Team. He is responsible to manage construction projects such as residential and commercial remodels and roof replacements. He does whatever it takes to meet his target start/completion dates and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations from customers. Andrew was born and raised in South Florida and grew up in the construction industry. Andrew spends most of his time outside of work with his family.
Alexander Herard

Alexander Herard - Project Manager

Alex was born in Haiti came to Miami at the age of 6. Coming from a poor country helped develop his strong work ethic. He works hard and plays even harder. His background is in Banking and Finance. Alex is very creative and has an eye for design ideas and concepts. His motto in life is: “No Excuses, Just Results”. He enjoys remodeling homes and fixing crashed cars that he purchases from auctions.
