William Bransfield

William Bransfield – Branch Manager

Will has been with RRT since June of 2016. As Branch Manager, Bill oversees all operations of our Bradenton Response Center. He manages the Emergency Services and Reconstruction Teams. Bill and his team of Project Managers handle all repair and reconstruction projects for RRT Bradenton. Outside of work, Bill enjoys golfing and going to Disney with his family.

Carly Lambert - Director of Sales and Marketing

Carly oversees all sales and marketing for our Bradenton Response Center. She was born and raised in Sarasota and a graduate of the University of South Florida. With a background in commercial and residential construction, Carly has been an integral part of growing RRT’s sales and marketing division. She has been with RRT since November of 2017.

Michelle Douglass - Office Coordinator

MIchelle oversees scheduling, compliance, invoicing & vendor relations.
Michelle was born and raised in the Bradenton area, and has been with the company since December 2012.
Outside of work she enjoys scrap booking, concerts, and hanging out with family.

Ronald Reed - Project Manager

Ron joined RRT in May of 2020. He is a native of New Orleans, LA and has been in the Bradenton area for the last 16 years. He started in the restoration industry in 1992 during the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew and has been involved in all aspects of restoration including mold remediation, water mitigation, and both commercial and residential reconstruction. Ron is IICRC certified in Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control and Water Damage Restoration. He is also a licensed Mold Remediator (#MRSR2914) and Assessor (#MRSA2705) in the State of Florida.

Joanne Rader - Project Manager

Joanne handles reconstruction and repair projects for RRT. She has been with the company since April of 2015. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Joanne enjoys spending time on the beach.
Carlos A. Rivas

Carlos A. Rivas - Emergency Services Project Manager

Carlos currently oversees all emergency services for our Bradenton Response Center. He started as an emergency services technician at RRT, but his dedication to learn and commitment to his craft elevated him to his current position.
