Mike McCabe – Branch Manager

Mike has worked with RRT since Dec 2009. He started out as a Technician and worked his way up to the Fort Myers Branch Manager. He enjoys outside activities and nature. He is IICRC certified in Water, Fire and Mold. Mike is always open to new ideas and “off the beaten path” ways of doing things.

Vicki Sparks – Administrative Professional

Vicki is an Administrative Professional with many years of office experience. She is responsible for office workflow procedures including but not limited to customer service, accounting, new vendor relations, and general support for all other office employees. Vicki is a Native of Florida and has been with Rapid Response Team since October 2013. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her cats and reading.

Carlos Rivas- Project Supervisor

Carlos joined RRT in April 2015 as a Restoration Technician.  After Three months he was promoted to a Lead Restoration Technician. In January 2017, he was then promoted to Project Supervisor. Carlos is responsible for managing all crews and subcontractors for our insurance and retail claims. He provides materials needed, permits, and doing inspections for work in progress to help ensure the job is completed effectively & efficiently and our customers can get back to their normal lives as quickly as possible. On my free time I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with family.

Ian Bruckerl - Project Manager:

Ian joined RRT in 2017. He manages repair projects of all caliber and has 21+yrs in restoration experience on his side. Focused on customer service, & “Ready to get to it” as he says. Outside of work, Ian enjoys taking care of his pets along with Helping Family and Friends.

Melanie Holliday – Estimator, Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager

Melanie was born in Oklahoma and has 12 years’ experience in this industry. She’s IICRC Water Damage Restoration and Xactimate Level II certified. She’s an Estimator, Project Manager and a Sales & Marketing Manager for Sanibel Island. She meets with customers before the mitigation process begins to assess your damages to build a plan to return your property to pre-loss condition. As a project manager she’s responsible for restoration of water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Her attention to detail and communication skills is a key part of her success. In her role as sales and marketing manager for Sanibel Island she attracts, obtains and retains clients/referrals by updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. In her off time you’ll find her in her aqua office somewhere in the Gulf.

Michael DeDonato- Emergency Service Supervisor

Michael has worked in the restoration business for 12 years. He started out as a field technician and has steadily worked his way up to Supervisor. Outside of work he enjoy coaching football and mentoring young men.
